DuoTalk Show, Refund Policy
June 12, 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Talks packages purchased on DuoTalk Show (duotalk.show), a service offered by LARGMC Administração e Participações Ltda, CNPJ 24.959.672/0001-97 (Brazil).
All purchases are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore executed by Paddle, following this policy and the consumer law applicable in your country.
2. Cooling-off period
In Brazil, a statutory 7-day right of withdrawal applies; in the EU/UK, 14 days for unused digital content; elsewhere, your local consumer-law period applies. You may request a full refund within the applicable period, provided the Talks in the package have not been consumed.
If part of the package has already been used, the refund may be denied or calculated proportionally to the unused portion, as applicable. In Brazil, the statutory 7-day cooling-off period of the Consumer Protection Code applies; in the EU and UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal for unused digital content applies.
3. Always refundable
Duplicate charges, processing errors, or purchases where Talks were not credited to your account: full refund or credit, your choice, no questions asked.
A serious service failure preventing you from using purchased Talks, not resolved by support within a reasonable time: proportional refund for what could not be used.
4. Not refundable
Talks already consumed in generated shows: the service was delivered and compute/voice costs were incurred.
Talks already consumed in shows, since the service was effectively delivered.
Requests showing signs of fraud or abuse (e.g., heavy consumption followed by repeated withdrawal requests) may be declined, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@pipoh.ai from your account email, including the purchase date, the package and the reason. We reply within 5 business days and escalate to Paddle when needed.
You can also contact Paddle directly via your purchase receipt (paddle.net). Refunds are returned to the original payment method, within your provider's timeframes.
