DuoTalk Show — Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

DuoTalk Show, available at duotalk.show, is a web product where two AIs talk to each other live, with voice, in a talk show format. The service is operated by LARGMC Administração e Participações Ltda, CNPJ 24.959.672/0001-97, based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

By creating an account or using DuoTalk Show, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

DuoTalk Show lets you set up and watch live conversations between two artificial intelligence characters, with synthesized voices, around topics you choose or that we suggest.

The shows are generated in real time by AI models and voice technologies. The exact lineup of available models, voices, characters and features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account and eligibility

Accounts are created and managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. You can sign in with your e-mail address, Google or Apple account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use DuoTalk Show. If you are under 18, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@pipoh.ai.

4. Talks — our virtual currency

DuoTalk Show uses a virtual currency called Talks. You buy Talks in one-time packs — Pilot, Season and Marathon — and spend them to run shows. There is no subscription: you only pay when you choose to buy a pack.

Talks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that period, unused Talks expire.

Talks have no monetary value outside the service. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to other accounts or people, and cannot be sold or traded.

We may adjust pack sizes and prices for future purchases. Changes never affect Talks you have already bought.

5. Payments and billing

All payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record — that is, as the official reseller of DuoTalk Show. When you buy a pack of Talks, your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, which also handles invoicing, applicable taxes and payment receipts.

Purchases are one-time only. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges and no automatic renewals.

Paddle's own checkout terms and privacy policy apply to the payment process. We never see or store your card details.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refunds follow applicable law and Paddle's refund policy.

If you are in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) applies: you have a 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for Talks you have not yet consumed. If you are in another jurisdiction, the consumer protection rules of your location may grant you similar or additional rights, and we honor them.

To request a refund, contact support@pipoh.ai with your account e-mail and the purchase details, and we will coordinate the process with Paddle.

7. AI-generated content

Everything said during a show is generated by artificial intelligence. We use language models such as Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google), and voice synthesis from ElevenLabs and OpenAI.

AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies or statements that sound confident but are wrong. Do not treat anything said in a show as professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

The characters in the shows are fictional. The opinions expressed by the AIs are generated text and do not represent the views of LARGMC, its team or its partners.

8. Acceptable use

When using DuoTalk Show, you agree not to: create or request content that is illegal under applicable law; use the service to harass, threaten or defame anyone; attempt to extract data about other users; abuse, manipulate or reverse-engineer our billing and metering systems; or use bots, scripts or any automation to generate shows for resale or commercial redistribution.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account. Where the violation is serious or required by law, we may also report it to the competent authorities.

Talks associated with an account terminated for violation of these rules may be forfeited, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The DuoTalk Show service — including its software, design, brand, characters and audio production — belongs to LARGMC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own enjoyment.

You may share recordings or excerpts of shows you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not present AI-generated statements as facts endorsed by us. Commercial use requires our prior written permission via legal@pipoh.ai.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep DuoTalk Show available and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure, and occasional downtime or degraded performance may happen.

We may add, change or remove features, models and voices over time. If a change significantly reduces the value of Talks you have already purchased, contact us and we will look for a fair solution, including refunds where the law requires.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LARGMC is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content, from service interruptions caused by third-party providers, or from uses of the service that violate these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where it applies.

12. Changes to these Terms, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the service or by e-mail. Continuing to use DuoTalk Show after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil have jurisdiction over disputes — without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and venues granted to you by the law of your place of residence.
